Overview

According to the component and structure, the rotary drum dryer includes the monocular dryer, the double-drum Dryer, the three-drum dryer and the airflow dryer. Thanks to a wide range of materials and simple operation, this equipment is widely accepted.

Applicable Materials

A.Chemistry, metallurgy and mining

ore, slag or blast furnace slag for building materials and cement industry, coal or coal slurry, metal powder, clay, diatomaceous earth, kaolin, bentonite, sawdust, river sand, and fly ash

B.Drying powdery or granular materials with specific requirements

All kinds of crystals, light calcium carbonate, activated clay, magnetic powder, graphite, inorganic mud, clay, lime slurry, ore mud, phosphate slag, and red mud for aluminum plant

Classifications

According to the component and structure, the rotary drum dryer includes the monocular dryer, the double-drum Dryer, the three-drum dryer and the airflow dryer. However, in light of the materials, it can also be divided into different types.

A.Sand dryer

Processing materials: river sand, sea sand, garnet sand, carborundum, silica sand, quartz sand, and zircon sand

B.Mineral powder dryer

Processing materials: metal and non-metallic mineral powder

a. metal mineral powder: copper ore powder, iron ore powder, aluminum oxide powder, mercury ore powder, tin ore powder, cobalt powder ore, nickel powder ore, manganese ore powder, gold ore powder, hematite powder

b. non-metallic mineral powder: talcum powder, calcium carbonate powder, kaolin, quartz, silicon lime powder, limestone powder, dolomite powder, calcite powder

C.Other types

a. mud: mud, lime slurry, ore mud, aluminum plant red mud, and clay

b. coal: coal slurry, coal, fly ash, coal powder, and cinder

c. wood: sawdust, wood chips, veneer and others

Advantages

70 t/h rotary drum dryer

The entire surface of the material can be used as the effective area for drying, constantly increasing drying strength.

Thanks to the frequency-conversion motor, its rolling speed can be adjusted at the site.

It is equipped with the dust removing device and LX combined lifting plate to avoid the phenomenon that the cylinder is filled with hot air.

The reasonable structural design of the roller and various lubrication methods help the roller avoid being worn or having broken shaft. The cylinder is made of steel to enhance its hardness and toughness.
